    Flash drive

    Good day

I am just wondering, if I disable autorun, will it definitely prevent a virus from jumping from the flash over to my computer.

    Thank you

That's true! This king of viruses are able to copy themselves into every usb device.

    Screw Google! Ask me!

The only way to really protect your USB flash drive from being infected is either get one with a read-only switch or fill up the whole usb so that there is no space for new and modified files.

USB Vaccine can protect against writing of autorun.inf file but can't prevent from virus copying executable files to the usb. Also if the virus has the ability to infect exe files, then all your exe files in the usb will get infected.
