Help needed! My Bluetooth device can't send file from PC to my nokia 5800 XM

Yesterday my PC Bluetooth suddenly can't send file anymore
after i update some security update from Microsoft

before that it's still fine
i tried to reinstall the driver
but nothing happen

i tried to use IVT Bluesoleil
but it didn't work too
help please

At first make sure that your bluetooth device is working. Are you using bluetooth dongle ?? Open Device manager to make sure the drivers & the device are working. Press Winkey + R then type devmgmt.msc hit enter & check.
