Search Help ! Video streaming problem

Ok so I have a problem while playing videos on my laptop
and I really wanna know what can I do to fix that problem

The problem is that when I play a video it's got some glitchy stuff going on in the video
ONLY the videos on the internet
not the ones that are already downloaded in the laptop

what I mean is that there are pixelated stuff like the video has low quality
The problem was worse b4...some videos on youtube were unwatchable....it will turn green and red and all kinds of weird stuff...but on my brother's laptop they were normal as usual. so I knew the problem was in my laptop
even when I watch 720p videos on youtube...I see the same pixelated low quality stuff

so I reinstalled windows 7 and I still got the problem but now the same video is watchable but there are still a bit of pixelated weird stuff going on :S

I re-installed the latest Flash player and that didn't fix the problem either

I really want help on what might cause this problem on my laptop (like some settings or which part of the computer like the "video card" or something)

My laptop has Windows 7 64bit
    4GB RAM
    and intel integrated memory

and I think this might be a bit useful....I dropped my laptop on the road about from 2 feet high..wasnt that high and it only left some minor scratches

    Thank you for your help

I dropped my laptop from about a foot high and knocked out my wireless card a while back, reconnected it after opening it up, so chances are good your drop knocked something of importance out. Only way you could tell is open it up and have a look.

You did forget to mention that.

Hmm, if that's the case, might your wireless card or modem or ethernet be out of wack from the drop? How fast is your ISP's speed?

yea maybe tht's what got screwed
the speed can't be the problem since my bro's laptop is using the same wireless
and has no problem at all
and the ISP's speed is 10mbps

Your ISP's speed is more then fast enough then what's needed to stream videos. So it's a real posibility your wireless card got knocked loose. There might be some other issues too... but that's one thought I could think of.

Not a problem, I figured it would be worth a shot.

My only question for you is does it works fine via plugging into the ethernet?

    OK
dear lord...After some time messing with the computer I found out what exactly caused the problem
I re-installed everything and right after I updated my Flash player to the latest version (Flash player 10) the problem came
so I uninstalled Flash player 10 and installed Flash player 9
so now I'm sticking with Flash Player 9. and also it is ONLY youtube that has the problem
I think youtube videos have a problem with Flash player 10..well maybe with my laptop having Flash player 10
oh well....I'm just gonna wait till they make another Flash update..until then Im gonna stick with Flash player 9
Hope youtube videos won't become unwatchable with Flash player 9 due to outdated Flash player
oh well...Thank you for your help

    .... well damn!

I've never used an outdated Flash version before, hence why I didn't think of that. But thanks for letting us and me know. Now we know there's some harm in using the older versions Alrighty.
