Save mode and Mub.sys

Hi all , whenever Starting in safe mode, the system is hanging on the mup.sys file
i try in normal mode i get black screen only and the sys hangs
any help

steps:

1. using a windows installation cd boot from that CD and do a Repair.
2. if above does not helps, try the solution in link below:
Windows halt after loading mup.sys during boot-up
