SATA 250GB Hard disk problem
I have used 250GB SATA Hard disk in my windows PC but now that hatd disk can not be seen in my computer when i boot the computer from another disk i hear "Tik TIk " sound from that hard disk but cant see in my computer. i have valuble datta in this hard disk please help me how i get the data

I'm afraid the HDD is physically damaged and the data is unrecoverable. That's what a "tik tik" sound means...

Try HDD as secondary device on several other PCs for detection and if it is not detected/recognized, then hardware based recovery is only way to get data back.

Get in BIOS and see if it detects your hard drive. If not, sorry to say that your hard drive is faulty.
What you can do is bring the drive to the manufacturer and let them know that you need the data back.
There is a chance that they can replace the damage part while retaining the platter so your data are still intact.

First i tell you to follow Raymond's instruction and also try to recognized your HDD sound from bellow link.

First boot your PC from a good hard disk and then plug your faulty HDD as a secondary HDD. In this method you able to recover your data but as I know in this method you can not recover data from system partition (normally C drive)
