Hello hassan329, the picture was too tiny to read, sorry. Download [url=http://www.techpowerup.com/realtemp/]Real Temp and run it, post a bigger screenshot of what it tells you. Also, what your taskmanager says your CPU usage is at the time you took the screenshot.

OK, not sure why Real Temp doesn't work, but then we don't know anything about your PC. The task manager shows CPU at 54%, were you doing something that was processor extensive when you took the snip? If that was at idle, then something is using your CPU constantly, and that will increase your temps. If you were running an AV scan, or encoding a video, or something when you took that snip, it would explain the high CPU usage.

Just generally we'd need to look at what OS you are using, what your hardware is, whether you are using the stock CPU cooler, etc. But if you have 54% CPU usage at idle, then that's the first place to look, what is using the CPU. A Guy

In idle state the temp is 58-60+ when i am doing nothing. i am using Panda Anti-virus on WinXP i also stop it services but no effect. Real Temp do not support my processor.

I understand that the temps are high at idle, but you posted a snip with 54% CCPU usage. Was that at idle? We're trying to determine if you have 54% CPU usage at idle, if not then we can pursue just the cooling issue
