Try Dropbox. The free basic Dropbox account gives 2GB space.
They have an iPhone app for it as well.

I use dropbox , ubuntu one (they are working on a windows client) and Adrive. The last one gives 50GB free. But for free users the upload speed is a slow and their is no automatic sync and stuff ...

I don't think there are any service that offers 200GB for free.
200GB is a lot of "web space" to offer.

100 Gigs is still a lot of space. Most I've ever seen myself is 50, though ADrive but I don't think it works with iPhones.

An idea is to rent a hosting which gives "unlimited space".
The problem with that is whether you have fast upload speed to send the files to the backup server.
You have to becareful of this because some webhost doesn't allow using their webspace for backup storage.

Skydrive gives you 25GB of free storage

There is an App' in the App Store that lets you manage your SkyDrive or Mesh files. It's called iSMEStorage and I've been using it for a few months. You have to register for a free SMEStorage SkyDrive account and then perform a sync and then you can access your files from the iphone. You can also upload photos / videos directly to SkyDrive and sync any files dropped into the My Syncs folder just like DropBox. It works pretty well.

What about a NAS? I never used a iphone but their must be a NAS that works good with a iphone? More space, but it uses your own internet connection.
And Adrive is 10TB maximum (but very expensive for a home user), but i don't think they have something for iphone, you can take contact them?
