CCTV or Recodring Camera

Hi!!!!

I am running a shop in that i need a CCTV or Recording Camera. I am having a PC and in that I having a Tv Tuner card in PCI slot from which i watch cable TV, I want to ask is there a way to install a CCTV from TV Tuner card and record all fotage in my PC's hardisk without using DVR Card?

I will be thankful to you please sort out this

Actually all you need is a webcam which can be turned into a CCTV.
If you can fork out a little bit more money, D-Link has very useful IP cameras.
