SD, micro SD memory card problem
Hello, I have some issues with 4 GB SD card and 8 GB microSD memory card, any help will be appreciated.
Problem No. 1
8 GB micro SD card which was in my phone, suddenly my phone reported that there is no memory card inside. I pulled it out and try it with card reader. Windows founded all files that are on the card, but I can't write or delete anything on it, nor I can format it. So all of the files are there, I can open them, I can not write or delete anything, I can not format it.
Problem No. 2
I wanted to change SD card that is in my photo camera, as usual I plugged it first in my card reader to see if it is empty. Windows opened it without any problem. I inserted it in the slot of photo camera, and to my surprise it did not detect it. I pulled it out right away and again plugged it in to card reader. Now windows does not recognize it and I can not do anything with it.
If someone knows a way to bring these two cards in to life I will be very grateful. I don't if it is relevant, but both of these cards were bought from e-bay sellers, and both of them broke within a year. I have cards that are 5 years old and work without problem.

Daisy, Daisy...
If you haven't tried already, have a go at formatting with the HP USB Format Tool or the SD Formatter.
Did you, or have you tried putting the card in while the camera was off? Sometimes it makes a difference. When you say Windows doesn't recognize it, do you mean it has a drive letter but you can't open it, or it doesn't get picked up at all?
If you can see the card, the format tools might work on it as well.
No 9000 computer has ever made a mistake or distorted information.
We are all, by any practical definition of the words, foolproof and incapable of error...

It is well known that purchasing USB flash drives or memory cards from ebay are risky because there are fake or counterfeit products being sold.
If you can, try to avoid buying from ebay and if you need to, test them with H2testw.

I will try these format tools and report what happened.
I can not put the card in camera if on, because same door closes memory card and batteries.
Yes, it has a drive letter but I can not open it, when trying to reach it through command prompt, it says "device not ready".
UPDATE:
I have tried both tools without success. Here are some picture that may help you help me.

This is the 4 GB SD card, it is not shown in My Computer, but USB Safely Remove shows it up. SD formatter does not give me an option to format it at all, like it is not plugged in. HP format tool shows up its drive letter but I can not format it, error: "There is no media in the specified device"

This is the 8GB micro SD card. Windows shows it up in My Computer, I can open any file that is on it, but I can not format it, it shows error: "Device media is write protected", but micro sd does not have a lock switch like sd has?

Same result is with this tool also. I can not do anything with the 4 GB sd card, while 8 GB micro sd card shows up that it is write protected.
