Help! (with video card)

Everything is latest. (Drivers) Video card refuses to run correctly, I have blurred lines down the screen like an effect of bad refresh rate but it is at 75 herz! Also the nVidia Forceware wont run. When I goto advanced under my settings under properties, It says It will not run correctly, and tells me to reinstall drivers, I think the problem is I am using XP Black Edition. HELP! oh yeah, when I run Halo, I get this.

Framerate is unbeatable but this happens.

What video card are you using? Are you overclocking the card? I think the latest Forceware is 97.93. What I would do is uninstall the driver you have now. Restart windows, then install 97.93.

looks like opengl driver incompatiblites. use software or directx drivers. if you have a newer card, try newer drivers. if all else fails, buy a good card.

The problem was the OS. XP Black is evil. :D I am on stock xp pro now. All is well!
