    Good morning all,
there are three 3.5mm mini jacks
of three different colors on my sound card: green, black, and orange.
I have noticed that there are audio outputs from the green and black mini jacks only, while the orange mini jack seems to be not working at all.
When I plugged an earphone line to the orange mini jack,
I could hardly hear any sound from it.

    Any idea?

    Hi, dazofdarlo!
Yes, I think the problem may be due to the corruption of parts of the soundcard driver,
but the steps for going through the re-installation of the driver are not really easy.
I just can't act bravely to press that uninstallation button.
I had ever an experience that my Win XP got corrupted after
uninstallation of the driver for my another soundcard on my PC.
I don't want to have another nightmare.

The fact is that boys always have higher courage than girls to attempt that kind of PC stuff.
