where is the noise from?

Hi all,
I recently brought a new PC, but soon noticed something strange inside the PC's case.
When I turned the PC on and opened some programs, I could immediately hear noise.
When more programs were opened, the annoying noise became louder.

I don't know what exactly has happened?

Hmm... Maybe it's your fan? More running programs = more processing power = fan work harder.

Or hard drive spinning noise?
