My pendrive keeps making uneeded and unknown files inside my pendrive. I think this is a virus, and I have formatted my pendrive lots of times and nothing happened. The files are still there. I think some of the files name are "Document and Settings" and "User". I'm not too sure though.
Could this be brontok? or any other virus?
Can you tell me how to remove them permanently?

The virus is in your computer and running in memory. No matter how many times you format your usb pendrive, it'll recreate itself. Most important thing is to check and scan your computer first.

Ray is right, by formatting your pen drive multiple time you are decreasing its life. The solution is to use a good AV and scan your PC. And use a good Anti-spyware software also. Most of the time AV cannot detect some malwares so using anti-spyware is good.
I recommend using Kaspersky or ESET.
For anti-spyware: Spyware Doctor or Ashampoo antipsyware.

This so annoying for me. Everytime I give my HD to a friend for new music and movies, it always comes back infected like what Doink said. I keep telling them to freaking scan their pc, but they to lazy to do it. So evrytime, I have to wait bloody 20-30 mins to complete a scan on the HD to delete the virus .exe files.
Tell the truth and shame the Devil.

One way is you can disable write access for for removable storage devices.
Then virus won't be able to create itself into your usb flash drive.
