I ran windows xp setup to repair damaged system file/s--"missing" HAL.dll error
When I restarted the PC it wants to go back into setup mode and crashes saying it is missing a file
At the screen that allows a choice from standard boot vs setup boot, if I change from the default setup boot to standard it will boot up normally. How do I get out of this setup mode or fix the missing HAL error.
