Problemas Con El Hostpot Shield

HOLA QUE TAL ESTUVE VIENDO LA PAGINA DE

Tratando de solucionar el problema de el programita este que te cambia el IP para USA.. pero no me resulto... perdonen si esta entre las reglas poner paginas que no esten relacionadas al foro.. lo que sucede es que justo en esa pagina Indica como hacerlo, pero la verdad es que no me funciona
