    My external hard disk cannot be open by windows explorer. If I try to open, it will appear:

    But all the data exist and can be open by 3rd Party Software

    Try accessing it from address bar by typing drive letter.
    And if "autorun.inf" exists in that drive. If D is the drive, run this command

    attrib -r -s -h D:\autorun.inf
    del D:\autorun.inf

    It still cannot work. Another solution?
    but it can open at another pc after a few minutes it cannot be open again. Help me!!!

    Yes I did it, but no changes happen. Actually, I repair my windows and can be open as usual. This incident happen twice and I repair my windows twice.

    Net time, if you get this, try this

    Goto http://www.dougknox.com/xp/file_assoc.htm

    and download fixes for "Directory" and "Folder Association" fix.
