Thank you for the information samba_siva_raju at least it brought a smile to my face as it's now subscription based software, i wonder what supercharge means in the non mechanical sense, I appreciate the link but the software is quite funny

I've given System Mechanic a try and can't say as I was impressed. I found it to be a very intrusive program and I think it slowed my PC down, rather than speed it up. Just my humble opinion for what its worth.
