As Ashref's review stated, "master of none" and it would be certain that windows tools and glary utilities are more trustworthy.

It's like a portable version of ASC - not bad to keep it if you like ASC but you don't wish to install ASC or run it automatically in the background. Otherwise, you may opt for other tools instead.
