I sniffed the HTTP headers of Firefox 4.0 setup installer and it seems to be ready on 18 March.
Going to install it anyway :P
Firefox 4.0 installer is digitally signed (Friday, March 18, 2011 10:53:43 PM) and available via Mozilla release server proves its validity. Main site and previous Fx installations will be updated tomorrow (March 22).

Visual Hash gives same values for Firefox RC2 and this file downloaded from the first post. So it seems that they have decided RC2 to be the final version.

My Firefox 4 RC1 got updated to Firefox 4 RC2 yesterday also automatically.
I got an email today from Mozilla that the final release would be tomorrow, March 22, 2011. I will see what happens.
