The Freeware version license permits you to use make as many verbatim copies of the binary version of WinAudit for your personal, educational or commercial requirements as you desire. You may distribute these verbatim copies to whom ever you choose, provided you remain within applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble or otherwise modify the Software in any way. You may not remove any proprietary notices that are provided with or within the Software. You may not sell, rent, lease, sub-license, assign, loan or create a derivative work based on its content. You may only charge for distribution media and consultancy services, not the software itself.
