I have had this installed for a long time and never seen an 'offer' for anything, that includes updating to this version which I have just done. Perhaps the offers only appear on first installation, not on updates?

I'm not sure when these offers came to PicPick installation process, but i have see those at least for couple of the latest versions. But i think that offer appears only if u make a clean/first install
