I'm assuming you mean something like Kongregate's site, right?
Try to go into the Software Center and installing Sun Java and Sun Java Browser add-on. A lot of times, chat systems are rendered in Java as it's much lighter then Flash is.
Failing that, I'd need an example of your problem so I could troubleshoot it. You might need an IRC client, if so, then in the Software Center, we have BitchX, Xchat, and Konversation.

this is my problem tha fact that even i've insttalled the java plugin the chat on that game still stays on establishing connection http://cid-639485bdb3c2bf8b.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/.Public/Captur%c4%83-ecran.png and http://cid-639485bdb3c2bf8b.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/.Public/Captur%c4%83-ecran-1.png and in windows with Ie7 it works just fine

The only thing I can think of is that it requires Internet Explorer. You might want to take a look at this... IEs4Linux but not only is it complex, but it requires a lot of work.
You might be best to boot into Windows to play it because of this.
