Games are always the hard part of any Linux system as Linux just wasn't made for gaming.
That being said, there are some distros that do have games on them and are TECHNICALLY designed for games. Sabayon is one, Live Linux gamers is another. Though you can install any Linux games on nearly any system.

Hellnoire, in my belief Linux wasn't specifically designed not to be gamer friendly. It has a lot of potential for games if only people would develop for it.
