Yeah...I remember someone here (hellnoire perhaps) say that Ubuntu uses the year (2010) and the month (04) to refer to a release...and they tend to release a new version after 6 months so you can expect that the next one after 10.04 would be 10.10

Yep, that's exactly how they number them. And I'm not using Ubuntu... I'll be using Xubuntu or Lubuntu. Maybe Debris or something based off it. But for the love of god, NOT Ubuntu itself.

Oh, but I must disagree with you on this one! I've grown rather "attached" to Ubuntu 9.10 and plan to upgrade to 10.04! I guess it's "to each his own", eh hellnoire? LOL
