Thank you dredge for pointing out the release, do you use this yourself and can you give us a bit more insight into it, i like the look of the GUI, but i know little about Linux and depend on the guys here for more insight, as it's more likely to be black and white replies,
Thank you once again for the share..

Donno if I'd install a Chinese distro. Maybe if all the source was included...

I see two major drawbacks for me to download and try it out. 1) If it's in Chinese I wouldn't be able to read it. 2) The default desktop is KDE.

John, your priorities are the reverse of mine. I don't care if it's chinese or not... it's damned KDE, REMOVE THE SINNER!!!

Gah, I hate KDE with a passion only rivalled by my hate of Symantec.
pacman -Syyu life not found in sync db

Did it feel good to do a little venting?

It would feel better if I could find the person who started the KDE project and vent at him.

If they follow your posts on the forum, you'll probably get some more "hate mail".

Considering the founders of Linux also hate KDE... I don't think it matters that much

Though I still have to deal with people asking me to try the OSS copy of Ubuntu... gNuSense or something like that.

just try it, quite easy to use with the apps center. The drivers providedis quite complete, interface is clean and user-friendly but... it is not as light as Ubuntu and most importantly it's in chinese. forum support is lacking.
