Update Ubuntu Witout Internet

Hi all
As i described in my previous question about connecting GPRS internet in ubuntu, dear hellnorie suggested me to upgrade it from 9.10 to 10.0 but how can i upgrade it without internet connection. I asked ubuntu to send a free cd but they refused to send again, now please help me to solve it otherwise i will have to go to Microsoft B******t 7 again

How are you accessing the internet to view this forum? You can use a cybercafe PC to download and burn the Ubuntu CD and then update your PC.

That would be the best thing I could suggest. Here's a full walkthough and it needs the Alternative ISO.
