i dont think its good idea to try netbook edition on pc.If you want a lite edition you could try Xubuntu or wait sometime for lubuntu.

Hi sm1 why would you want to try a netbook edition as a live CD for your PC as it's only live for the session your using it for, or are you thinking of the size of the downlod file, just curious as this section is new to me.

Thanks for the info sm1 im a total noob as you can guess by the question i put, i have a decent processor enough ram and decent Graphics card, and sometimes fail to realise that configurations are so diverse.

Then you are not using your computer to full potential,netbook edition is meant for systems with small displays.
