    Amahi Home Server

So I was going to write up a lengthy post later about how I got Ubuntu Server going and well, but Amahi might be your better bet, especially if you're just learning Linux.

It has a limited walkthough on site, but Google certainly has more. I'll be trying it out in a VM to see how well it goes and whatnot, but it should be a relatively pain free experience, at least compared to Ubuntu Server. This runs on Fedora, and should be decently fast.

The only thing you might want to watch out for is the fact that it does offer paid plans to remove advertising in your control panel on site. Like I said, haven't tried it yet, but will, and give a full rundown on what I find.

Chances are good, I won't be using it for myself, but if you know or want to know server OSes, you might want to look this up.

Alright, well, I haven't had time to test it yet myself... I know I'll be testing it next week. When I posted this, I thought I'd have the rest of the night to do tests, but didn't.
