Few things
For starters, Ubuntu has already released a beta for their next OS
Dubbed Ubuntu 8.10 "Intrepid Ibex" Beta
Check it out here: http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/intrepid/beta
Second, I'm running 8.04, but am hving issues connecting to me wireless network. Without any security on my network, I can connect fine, and I triple-checked to make sure I'm typing the key properly.
At first I thought it might be a driver issue with my wireless card, but when I was able to connect without a key I thought it couldn't be. Anyways, I also tried to see if changing the type of key would matter, it didn't. I still couldn't connect.
Btw, when running it's Hardware Tester, it said I had established a working connection to the Internet.
Info:
Ubuntu 8.04
