    Why is it I can upgrade my Open Office to 3.1 as shown by Softpedia news here http://news.softpedia.com/news/How-t...4-111105.shtml?

    I didn't even get to the part on Partial upgrade....

    Yeah is updated. i update it then only I tried to do it. But I still didn't get to the partial upgrade part.

    Insert your CD into your CD Drive, Boot into your CD and just install. You must have swap place because without swap place will make Ubuntu make abit slower. Also, don't choose Ext4, I have that and too slow for me. So choose Ext3 will more steady.

    You meant dual boot? No, it won't slow your windows down. But if you install inside windows, I think it might. Because you are installing an OS in another OS. But if you do dual boot, is 2 different OS all together. Hope that answer your question.

    ok are the drivers same in linux as in windows or do you get new ones?
