HELP - Nokia N96 Music Player Problem

HELP - Nokia N96 Music Player Problem
Well basically this is the problem , I got my brand new Nokia N96 two weeks ago. At first when I added the music, and I did the Refresh Library , it worked perfectly fine. But then after a few days, I added a few songs, but when I did Refresh Library, it didn't find any music

So I tried lots of different suggestions but I couldn't fix it so I decided to reformat my phone. After that when , I added music it worked again. But yesterday I added 5 new songs and again the music player didn't find the songs

Please people of Dotsis, I truly believe that one of you can solve this problem or give me any suggestion as I'm really worried about this problem...

    Thanks in Advance

well according to my point of view its songs formate proble. You must have to chek whom formate you phone support and the formate of the songs you added.
by default it supports the MP3/AAC/AAC+/eAAC+/WMA formates.

Nokia Music Manager probably has corrupted the music player.

    Do the following:

    1) Don't use Nokia Music Manager anymore

    2) In each Storage Drives: (Mass storage E, Memory Card F) rename the following files (or delete them)

    \private\101ffca9\harvesterdbvx_x.dat

    \private\10281e17\[string]mpxvx_x.db

    \private\10281e17\[string]pcvx_x.db

    * TIP: Connect the device in USB mass storage mode (File Transfer), to locate the private folder from the PC.
    * TIP: STRING and x_x will change depending on your phone.

Well i dont think it is a file format problem. An unsupported file format will show 'can not play this file.unsupported format problem' message.so i dont think that is the case here.
I the problem might be in your memory stick or your phone's os. As your mobile is a new one you can approach your service centre any try flashing your phone.

Hey Bro, its better that you carry your cell phone to Nokia Care...Don't try to format..better Reset it again and then check. If this too don't work then carry it to Nokia Care Center
