Impossible!!!

You can only flash firmware from another phone with same hardware capabilities, example: you can flash K550 to W610, which are same phones but sold with this or that software, but no way that you can flash K310 to W610.

But if you meant "update your phone software" to the latest release, you can easily do it either through computer using the application UPDATE SERVICE, available for download at SE support site, or through your phone: Menu\Settings\General\Update Service\Search for update...

You'll learn a lot of things if you visit sites forums like SE-NSE, TopSony, Akshayy
SE phones aren't like Nokia phones. SE doesn't offer any tool to reinstall firmware. You'll have to rely solely on third party tools like XS++. So don't try anything stupid unless you know what you are doing. Flashing the wrong or incompatible MAIN,FS or GDFS can make your phone 'non-bootable' forever.
