Out Of Coverage Area

Can any one know how to show mobile out of coverage area to specific number??

4 years ago i was working into BPO company there TL knows that code they shows us how to show out of coverage area.

Today i don't know his address or any contact.

any one know any code or software plz share.

Hi max.i cant get any specific codes.but there are some softwares such as call firewall which can restrict calls from a user defined blacklist.but the annoying part is that there softwares only supports windows mobile and pocket pc's.
