Recovering Contacts from mobile.
i use a Sony Ericson-Naite(j105) Phone now.it was used by my father previously.
He bought a new phone and while transferring all the contacts to the new phone i missed few contacts(unfortunately, the important ones.
).now i deleted all the contacts in Sony.but i want to know there is any tool which can recover all Deleted contacts from the sony Ericson phone?.once i backed up all the contacts to MMC,but that too is deleted by me know.so even recovering that file can help me.what format is the backed up file stored.?
Help please.

Do you have USB SIM Card reader ...? If yes , there are some options .
Mostly contacts are saved in .VCF or CSV Format .
Try using a data recovery software on your memory card and see if anything can be recovered .

If you backed up all the contacts to Memory card then you can still recover those file using any recovery software from your memory card.

If I remember right, photorec can be used on a liveCD... so it would work even better then Recuva.
