Prepaid or Contract Wireless Plan?
I was reading this article here: How to Decide Between a Prepaid or Contract Wireless Plan and a question came to my mind...
How many of us here are using prepaid and how many are using contract? Please answer (comment) and vote in the poll above...and if possible, share your experiences (perhaps you started out with a contract and then you made the switch to prepaid, like me
) or reasons as to why you prefer one over the other (costs, "I get the latest phone NOW!! with the contract", etc.)
They call me the mysterious one...

Ok. I use a prepaid currently. But at times it really bothers me when and have to call someone urgently (girlfriends sometimes) i will get an answer from my operator that.....
"Your balance is too low to make a call".
I am damn sure that i will change my connection to a contract one once i finish my studies and get into a job.

I've used a contact normally, but I don't like paying month to month. So I want to change to a month-to-month... pay as you go, pre-paid, etc.

I prefer prepaid only . It would give controlled usage for people like me.
You can recharge your credit when its near to finish . No monthly bills and no tension.

Damn..I started this thread and I forgot about it
Anyway, back to topic. Well, I'm currently using prepaid...for the slightly similar reasons you guys have mentioned. No monthly bills (I just have to top up my card every 50 days) and less tension (there's still tension lol...just less)
I've used contract before and I found that I was being overcharged by the company...I didn't use the services and they still charged me $$$ for some weird reasons under the context of words that mean nothing more than alien language to me...
I terminated the contract and had to pay a freaking lot of fines for it, not to mention the entire price of the phone that was supposedly "free" when I signed up initially...
My family and friends do at times smart-talk me into signing up for a contract but seriously a bad experience is enough for me...
