i need help on following topics:

1.Does GPS enabled mobiles have inbuilt GPS structure (hardware) or we need to install some third party GPS aaplication externaly.

2.Does it requires activated GPRS/EDGE/3G for communication with satelite or its default facility provided by mobile manufacturer.

3.if its its requires GPRS service then what would be normal operatorers charges in india?

if possible then pls do send me link of some mobile gps.
