How do I transfer iPhone appl from Pc to friend iPhone

I dloaded iPhone appl from torrent site to my Windows 7 pc that has iTunes
installed. I then clickd on dloaded appl and now when I go to iTunes it shows
up in the Apps Library.

How do I transfer the appl to my friend's iPhone? He also has a laptop with
iTunes installed.
