IPhone
Just wondering how many have jailbroken their iphones, something i have done myself and found it to be a positive experience, as it's now customised to my liking(i remember a conversation with Hellnoire about how restrictive apple could be and that's the reason for the jailbreak) , all the apps are paid for along with the music, i try to stay away from the free apps because of the adverts.

Only my wife's iPad 1 is jailbroken, but not on her iPhone 4.
Just did it to try it out and also install some useful software from Cydia.

Some people jailbreak their iOS just because of "cracked apps". The term "free apps" isn't really accurate when you install the app from Installous.

Raymond is spot on, i have installous as it's another way to browse the apps, but they are all paid for as installous also opens in the app store, to be honest most are cheap around the 79c mark and the music is quite cheap for individual songs, the plus side is they are all backed up and i can do a clean install if i wish and icloud to re-install the apps and music, although i have found it a pain with the albums from C/Ds as they sometimes need to be insalled again manually.
Nice phone you have there ding-dong way out of my league price wise though, thankfully the iphone 4 is really simple to use, and it's unlocked by apple which was another bonus

yeah your right guys it cheap for but how about for some poor kids out there who want to try some good apps... may be thats why they invented jailbreak but for pimping up my 4s by cydia is good enough

I would have to agree and disagree.
The apps are really cheap at $1 or around there. So pirating them is just not right.
However the only good thing about cracked apps are you don't have to risk buying it first then find that you don't like it.
If you have conscience, you may purchase it if you're satisfied with it after trying out the cracked version.
However the mentality for most human beings are since it's free, why pay?
Or... let me play a few rounds first and then I'll buy and they end up finishing the whole game.
Drats, I promise I'll buy the next game

i have to agree with you ray same thing that iam doing but in order to update the apps i will pay for it and save a back up and not having a trouble to update it when there will be an update, but for some reason of freedom of expression like in north america, africa and other 3rd world country they will rather get it by pirating them beacuse life for them is not as easy as we do so in my opinion... do whatever you think is best for you..

ive done my iphone 4, had both tethered and untethered jailbreaks on my device, currently on iOS 5.01, also had siri running on it, had to take siri off after apple closed the access from the proxy server that the iphone was connecting to, now using Evi which is a Siri replacement
Out of my mind. I Haven't Lost My Mind, It's Backed Up On Disk Somewhere.
