Zen Vision: M

My brother has this Zen Vision: M Music/Video player (I know it's not a phone, but it's a mobile device.... so i'm putting it in this section :P ). There's a password on there that, when entered, will hide specific folders that you can select. But he has forgotten the password. We tried resetting it, but it still keeps the password (but all of the data was erased :( ). Anybody know anything about this? It's from Creative Labs.

Is this even a mobile phone?
anyway, just reset your zen:

1. make sure its fully charged, dont attempt with low battery.
2. On the device. Slide power switch and hold it in the "Power On" position
3. poke a pin or somthg thin into the rest hole
4. Then the menu will appear that staes whether to 'clean up', 'format', reload, and reboot. Select clean up and then reboot it.

I should have posted this much sooner because by now, you've proberly have fixed the problem anyway.
