First, and foremost, YOU MUST BACK UP YOUR ORIGINAL.
I used Flash&Backup for my motorola SLVR L7, it should work Nokia too.
And like dazo said, visit web sites and pay great attention to their warnings. Flashing your phone requires at least some understanding of how it works. IF you brick your phone, you can practically say good-bye to the chances of using the phone ever again.
So please be careful.
