Cellphone Keypad Programming

One of my friends told me that he could switch the numbers around on the keypad. Like, if i pressed a 1, a 2 would show up instead. He also said it could be done to any phone. Anyone else heard of this?

For what phone? Nokia? I think that's possible and such program might be available.

yep, there is. All you need to do is connect the phone to PC, execute the software(for keypad rearranging) and do your stuff.
If your phone has a camera button (for photos) but you'd like to make it activate the video camera the next time you press the button, you can use the software to do that.
I don't have any software in particular, but I know it's possilbe.
