    Hi There...

    just ask what is the main problem of a cellphone, when you get a message like this,
    "Phone Start-Up Failed. Contact The Retailer." evrytime i open my cell. the unit is Nokia 3250.

    Is it a brand new phone, fresh out if the box?

    -OR-

    Did you do something to it recently? like maybe, plugged it to the pc and pulled it out without safely removing it?

    try to format it !!! i mean 3 + *(star) + green button

    and hold them then try to turn on ur mobile (still hold )

    Try starting it without Memory card.
    I also thinks its faulty.
