I just lost my V9m to the bottom of a lake and have a question. I don't want to buy a brand new one for that network as they charge massive amounts for one, but if I buy one from another network, I know that MEID/p-ESN will not be in their network and I have read Verizon will not add MEIDs to their database. If I have a cable, could I change to MEID in another v9m to the MEID that was on the one in the bottom of the lake so it will activate? What software would i need?
