Yes it can. But try not to use rapidshare links when there is official download links.

I tried the official download link when Mark posted but got an error 500. Thought, seeing that it was freeware, rapidshare would be OK in this instance.

I was able to download directly from wwigo.com but you need to sign up for an account first. Just enter bogus information will do.

My thought, since its freeware, why don't download directly from official site? Don't take risk unnecessarily. Unless it is crack, then we have no choice but to download them from file sharing sites. Well this is my opinion....
