    Beatles now available on itunes

The Beatles, one of the most successful groups of all time, are now on itunes. In addition to the music, itunes users can now stream and view the "Live at the Washington Coliseum, 1964" concert film from iTunes for free for the remainder of the year.

In a statment by top Apple exec Steve Jobs:
We love the Beatles and are honored and thrilled to welcome them to iTunes,It has been a long and winding road to get here. Thanks to the Beatles and EMI, we are now realizing a dream we've had since we launched iTunes ten years ago.
    The costs:
Albums are priced at $12.99, with double albums going for $19.99. Single songs are priced at $1.29, while the box set can be had for $149. There will also be several TV spots advertising the Beatles collection

Christ... it's about time they've been allowed online but that's expensive.

But they WILL get the money, no doubt. A lot of people love the Beatles so...
