Possible to combine Wireless and LAN?

Well, I got LAN and wireless connections in my home.

Just wanted to know if it is possible to get combined speed from both of them when i connect my lappie to them.

I get both of them from the same router.

I remembered seeing this question few days ago.. Ah found it. Short answer is no because of the route table limitation on Windows.
