cannot upload files

I noticed my ie and firefox could not upload a file or images.please help me thx.

Is Javascript on? Go to Tools, Preferences, then under the Content tab in Firefox, make sure it's checked. I don't know where it would be in IE though.

when i upload picture to tiny pic it just shows this Connection InterruptedThe document contains no data.The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.which does have data.Yes my java script is turned on.I also cant upload any files to megaupload and this forum
