hide traffic from my network administrator
Hi everyone!
I go to a school where we have a wireless network everywhere.
We have an administrator who logs our traffic and i dont want him reading my emails and stuff (dont know if hes able to do that, but i dont want to take any chances!) I am also doing some p2p transfering with my desktop computer at home (nothing illegal of course!
So my question is:
How can i hide or encrypt all my traffic, so that he cant see what im doing on my computer?
Thanks in advance !

HTTPS (secure connections) and proxies. About the only way I know how.
Besides, if your email's really that sensitive, you might want to consider checking it at home only.
pacman -Syyu life not found in sync db

Secure connections? No. Proxies, a few. If you go on Google, you'll find them. Some are free, some you need to pay for. And while it's beyond the forum to provide one, I know there are cr@Cl<ed versions out there.

Again, if you don't like it, wait until you get home. They are snooping for people making bomb threats, death threats, other threats and other illegalities in your school.
If you really want, there's always GNU Privacy Guard.
