    Network Attack!

Today my KIS2009 suddenly popped up with a network attack msg, in my network attack blocker report now its showing

UDP from 202.56.4.120 to local port 51050 Absent Detected:Scan.Generic.UDP
UDP from 202.56.4.121 to local port 61333 Absent Detected:Scan.Generic.UDP

What is a network attack actually? Is someone trying to get into my computer? If it is then am I 100% safe with Kaspersky network blocker? Please help.

A network attack means that someone might be scanning you, then wanting to break into your computer and get your information. In this case, it seems like a website was doing it, assuming you were on
    grameenphone.com
when you had it happen. Comodo never popped up with anything for me, so I assume it didn't scan my computer. The logs say nothing about it. As for being 100% secure, you never are with any one product but KIS blocks a lot, somewhere in the range of 89-98% from my readings. So you will be safe.

The other thing is too, KIS might be making a false positive, that is, it thinks someone is scanning, but really, there's no one there. Or perhaps it was someone on Bittorrent with you. Many possibilities I'm afraid.

Oh okay, thanks for taking a closer look and for helping me learn about network attacks. GrameenPhone is the telecom network I use for my dial up connection with a sim card. Good to know with KIS it's safe.

    Thanks again.

Get and Run Zenmap to see all the data that can be seen by hackers.
Then i will Run Wiershark because it detects any unusual packets or finds out if a hacker is probing your network.

If you have more than one PC i would seriously reccomend running both of them at all times!

    Hope this helps.......
