Celcom boardband

Recently i had apply celcom boardband service with 384kps, 2 weeks till now still unable to get a proper good connection. I had called to made complaint,still can't solve my problem.

what do you mean by unable to get a proper good connection? it keeps breaking up? sluggish speed? clarify..

I normally get slow connection but it doesn't break so often.

i can connect to mobile connection, but the speed very low, can't seach internet n login to window live messenger

Hi, i have problem to access internet using celcom boardband, i had called up several times to celcom center, they replied me tht is no problem on their site.. ask me to delete the history, unistall the mobile connection, restart the pc n istall back the software. I had tried it n still the same. i m using 384kps speed, i has been register since 1/5 till now can't acess. The mobile connection show connect but speed very slow, can't login to WLM also. Isn't my area network low or the SIM card problem. I m staying in seremban.

Have you tried using your celcom broadband in town area? I noticed that my connection is slower at home but I get full stable speed when in town.
